The College of Europe was founded in Bruges after the Second World War and contributes to the development of Europe’s cultural and scientific heritage through higher education and research.
A second campus was established in 1993 in Natolin (Warsaw, Poland). Most courses and seminars deal with the various problems of the European Community. The programme is designed as a post-graduate course. The Swiss Confederation awards up to 4 scholarships each year for postgraduate studies at the College of Europe Bruges/ Natolin.
